1. Shipping Locations

We ship worldwide from our fulfillment centers. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at support@face-up.com.


2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped.


3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

Europe 3–7 business days
United Kingdom 3–6 business days
United States 5–10 business days
Canada & Australia 7–14 business days
Rest of the World 10–21 business days

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We may offer free shippingpromotions from time to time.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking info to become active.


6. Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. FACE-UP is not responsible for delays caused by customs.


7. Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time, please check your tracking info first. If needed, contact our support team at support@face-up.com and we’ll be happy to help.


8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping details are correct when placing your order. FACE-UP is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses.


9. Returns Due to Failed Delivery

If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
