A: You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please email us at support@face-up.com to start a return.

A: Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

A: Yes, FACE-UP ships worldwide! Shipping rates and times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Standard delivery times:

  • Netherlands: 1–3 business days

  • Europe: 3–7 business days

  • Worldwide: 5–14 business days

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking info to update.
